Steve Taylor, local herbalist at The Medicine Garden, demonstrates making elderflower champagne with flowers foraged from the orchard. Come and sample this traditional drink, so adults only, please. Our nine-year-old heritage apple orchard is a Transition Chichester project. The event will take place on grass, so you will need stout shoes.
Our most loved foraging plant for making summery drinks has been planted in the hedge of our community orchard where it grows well. This event will run regardless of the weather.
