Its a fantastic time to visit us, when you can enjoy exploring our 40-acre site this springtime as the spring buds are bursting into life. With free entry for that special mother figure in your life*
The Museum is home to a fascinating collection of over 50 rescued rural buildings, where visitors can discover the stories of the people who lived and worked in them from Anglo-Saxon to Edwardian times. There is a lot to see including: homes and historic gardens, farm animals and farming heritage, crafts and trade workshops, beautiful woodland, pasture and wildflower meadows.
We suggest that visitors pre-book tickets to guarantee their visit.
*To claim free entry for any mother figure in your party, there must be a full paying visitor to accompany them which can be an adult, child or family ticket (to work like a buy one get one free entry). When pre-booking you need to select the Mother Figure Sunday 30 March ticket(found at the bottom of the list of tickets) for each accompanied mother figure in your group. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or free ticket.
For Members, this day is included in your Museum Membership, members do not need to pre-book. Members can claim one free mother figure as a guest to visit with them.
