Meditation is for everyone! The benefits are now widely recognised and promoted by the medical and scientific communities and, when practised regularly, include:

We will focus on and practise a different type of meditation every week which you will be encouraged to try out at home, in order to experience a variety of techniques and to choose what suits you best. We will also look at sitting/posture options and simple breathwork, as well as discussing the basic context of meditation regarding its history, philosophy and spirituality.
Open to all levels of experience.
