A Life on the Western Rother (talk)

A talk by Andrew Thompson, the Leconfield Estates River Bailiff, to coincide with this years Festival Exhibition, The Resilient River. Using his own photographs and illustrations, Andrew will outline the rivers recent history and focus on the four mile stretch which he manages its ecology,the surrounding land-use and its place in the community and landscape.
He will also share his involvement in its care and restoration and reference the Western Rother as a source of literary and artistic inspiration.
