A Toolkit for Managing Anxiety

Are you struggling with anxiety? Or do you know someone who is? Join us at The Pavilion Chichester on February 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM for a two hour talk where you'll learn valuable tools to help manage your anxiety effectively and create positive, lasting change.

Psychotherapist Helen Logan will share insights from her 35 years experience from her clinical practice. The talk will cover, what anxiety is (and what it isn't), where it comes from, and how to develop a recovery toolkit that encompasses physical, emotional and cognitive tools to better manage anxiety. Helen will also provide guidance on how to make positive habits stick, with helpful tips on how to stay motivated and keep the toolkit an integral part of everyday life.

The talk is open to anyone over the age of 15 whether you suffer with anxiety yourself or you are supporting someone.

There will be the opportunity to ask questions and a handout will be available after the event.
