Beginner's Crochet
Organised by : Resourceful Community Scrapstore
In this three-part course we will cover the basics of crochet.
We'll talk about choosing hooks and yarn, reading
a pattern, understanding differences in terminology, and of course we'll work
on the basic stitches.
Along the way we'll make some fun and useful
creations to practice our new skills.
We'll provide the hooks and the yarn and all the
instructions, which you can take away with you at the end of the course to
continue your crochet journey, along with pointers to useful resources. (And
there will also be hot drinks and biscuits, of course!)
PLEASE NOTE: This is a three-part course and you
will need to attend all three sessions. (We also suggest that you spend some
time practising between the sessions to get the most out of the experience.)
This will take place on Tues 23rd & 30th June, 7th July, 7-9pm
This course is aimed at adults 16+
