Starting on Thursday 5th June from 7pm, join me for an exclusive four-week online breathwork workshop that offers you a unique opportunity to discover how breath can transform your physical, mental, and emotional health.
In a small supportive group, I will guide you through the fundamentals of breathwork to help you:
