Breathwork Classes (fortnightly)
Organised by : Vitae Vi
BREATHE WELL by Vitae Vi
There are good reasons why breathwork is experiencing an
explosion in popularity right now. With its roots in ancient indigenous
practices, the West is now waking up to the importance the breath plays in our
lives, which is scientifically proven to:
~ Boost
immunity
~ Change
the physiology of your blood, helping your body with restoration, repair and
renewal
~ Improve
lung health & strength
~ Improve
cardiovascular system fitness
~ Increase
the ability to down regulate (reducing the wrong sort of nervous energy)
~ Increase
oxygen delivery to your brain and organs helping with focus and attention
~ Calm a
racing mind and give you control over your mood
~ Give you
the best nights sleep!
In addition, the breath empowers us to self-manage health
conditions, balances physical and mental states, and creates potent physical
adaptations that give us a superpower, enhancing our well-being. Its all good
stuff!
During our Breathe Well breathwork sessions, almost everyone experiences
increased mental clarity, pleasant body and mind sensations, along with a
release of tension and anxiety. Most sleep much better afterwards too!
So come and
join Dan & Karyn Hughes of Vitae Vi (www.vitaevi.co.uk) and see for yourself how powerful your breath can be!
By the way, this is not slow yogic breathwork, this is powerful
dynamic breathing, almost always lying down, accompanied with a great
range of music and guidance along the way.
Its fun, engaging, challenging and can be transformative!
One of our clients recently said
If you get the opportunity - go on one of these
sessions, they are brilliant. Dan and Karyn are very friendly, knowledgeable,
capable and welcoming. If you carry on with what you learnt on the day, you
could change your life. WK
You wont regret joining in!
PLEASE NOTE: Pretty much anyone over 18yrs can
join in with breathwork unless you are pregnant or breast-feeding, have
epilepsy, suffer from high-blood pressure or coronary heart disease (or any
other heart issues), have a history of serious health issues (ie stroke, heart
failure, kidney failure), have recently had an operation or suffer from
migraines (although this is a personal choice).
Ultimately it is up to the participant to determine whether
they are fit to take part. We want as many people as possible to experience the
power of their own breath.
