Therapeutic Chair Yoga - 5 week course
Feel like you need to get moving but are worried that yoga will be too challenging?
Or perhaps you are recuperating from an injury or illness, or
would just like to be part of a supportive and friendly group.
You are never too old, stiff
or lacking energy to practice yoga! As long as you can breathe you can do it!!
You get as much, if not more benefit, from practising yoga exercises gently,
slowly and simply.
Yoga has many proven
benefits including easing back pain, reducing stress and improving sleep.
Join Liz Clark, an
experienced chair yoga and mindfulness teacher who is passionate about easing
the aging pathway by creating a mind-set of positivity, joy & acceptance.
£65 for the 5 week course (Thursdays 3-4pm, 28th May to 25th June).
