About the artist: Hannah Fredsgaard-Jones is a Danish composer, sound artist, producer and songwriter based in Oxford. Her critically acclaimed debut solo show Pigeons in Transit sold out at Offbeat Festival 2024, receiving a 4.5/5 star review. Press described her as creating all-encompassing soundscapes reminiscent of Regina Spektor and Fiona Apple, with one reviewer noting Many audience members were brought to tears and it stood above many other shows at the festival. She combines rigorous artistic innovation with deeply humanistic themes.
