Christmas Calligraphy Workshop with Jodie Rose Calligraphy

Organised by : Stansted House and Gardens

Step inside Stansted House after it has been beautifully decorated for the festive season and enjoy a Christmas Calligraphy workshop with Jodie Rose Calligraphy.

On arrival, you will be given your own calligraphy kit, including pen, nib, ink and worksheets to use throughout the season and to take home.

During the session, you will learn the basic pen strokes, practice writing the lowercase alphabet, learn how to join the letters to make up words, and how to add in simple flourishes to elevate your writing. Jodie will also show you techniques to help you find your own style! You will finish the workshop by creating a handwritten Christmas-themed greeting card.

There will be lots of one-to-one tuition throughout, so you will have enough time and attention to develop your own style.
