We are delighted to welcome Hollie, a certified 9D Breathwork Practitioner, who will guide attendees through a powerful 30-minute breath work journey. This immersive experience offers a gentle introduction to the work she provides, helping participants explore deeper states of awareness, release tension, and reconnect with their inner selves.
Hollie has had her events sell out every month in West Sussex and seeing people travelling over an hour to attend her breathwork sessions.
