Creative Writing & Meditation Workshop
During this mindful writing workshop with writer Lottie Angell, you will discover how to access your creativity without butting up against limiting beliefs that hold you back from exploring your 'first thoughts': the source of our best material.
Held in a warm and supportive atmosphere, this workshop will give you the chance to see how combining meditation with poetry writing exercises can help break down mental blocks that might prevent your creativity from flourishing; allowing you to write whatever your mood or current circumstances.
If you choose to share your work as part of the workshop this will be as a gift to the group and not open for constructive feedback, but rather, thanks and quiet reflection after sharing.
