Vivien will talk about the extraordinary lives of brave women who disguised themselves as men to fight as soldiers, risking harsh penalties, including the death penalty for offending the social morality of the tlme. Her book 'Cross Dressed to Kill' will be available to buy for £10 at the end of the talk.Please bring cash if you wish to purchase a copy. Vivien Morgan is a former BBC/TV journalist and producer. 

Doors open at 1.30pm.
