Six selected Festival Artists living in Chichester are curating their own exhibitions within the City over the weekend of 4th - 6th July, as their contribution to the Festival of Chichester 2025.

Rosy Turner is showing a medley of subjects and media, mostly representational, from watercolours of nature, to landscapes, seascapes, portraits and still life in oils. Her favourite theme is the sea. Rosy is exhibiting at 72A, Westgate, Chichester, PO19 3HH. www.rosyturner.com

Catherine Barnes,  an established exhibitor in Chichester, will be showing 20 paintings hanging on the walls of her Juno Studio at 107 Cedar Drive, Chichester, PO19 3EL, with paintings and etchings on paper ready to frame. In addition there are another 60 paintings which can be viewed on request. www.catherinebarnes.com.

Across the road from Rosy is  an exhibition by Diane Henshaw in her pottery Studio93 at 93, Westgate, PO19 3HB. Visitors will be able to see and buy a range of bowls, vases, mugs and plant pots and small decorative items for the garden.

Min Maude exhibits in her studio at the rear of 35, Broyle Road, Chichester, PO19 6BA (car access via Little Breach). Her paintings are mainly abstract, and based on maps and ground plans. Min works in mixed media and enjoys playing with colour, with music and archaeology as subjects for her paintings.

Stephen Codner's paintings  at 33, Whyke Lane, Chichester, PO19 7US are in oil and acrylic: landscapes, townscapes, still lives and figure compositions. Best to park in Cattle Market car park.

Artist Martin Smith at 4, Canterbury Close, Chichester PO19 5DD Visitors will be able to see precision of colour and visual form in the format of a painted flat plane vertically mounted. There is an adherence to the tradition of painting offering a fresh visual experience. www.martinvsmithpainter.com.

All will be open, free, from 10.00am to 6.00 pm.
