As part of the New Park Community Centre Open Day, on September 13th, I am offering a FREE Art for Wellbeing taster workshop.

Want to experience how creativity can enhance your wellbeing? Would you love to try using art materials but feel you're not an artist?

This free 50mins taster workshop will show you how to support your well-being and feed your creative nature. My workshop will give you a feel of how to use fun art activities, in a safe space, to reconnect with your innate creativity.
