When an out-of-work actor takes a job playing a ghost at an old countryside manor, he expects a few cheap scares but soon uncovers something far more frightening.

Joe is barely scraping a living working in a bar. So, when a rich handsome stranger offers him an unusual but well-paid gig, he cant say no. But the role turns chillingly real, as Joe begins to suspect something else is lurking in the shadows.

It Walks Around The House At Night takes the audience on five spooky night-time walks with Joe - but is something following?

ThickSkin, one of the UKs most exciting touring companies, joins forces with Tim Foley (award-winning writer of Doctor Who audio dramas and former Bruntwood Prize Winner for Electric Rosary) to create this thrilling new production. Directed by Neil Bettles (How Not To Drown, Disneys Bedknobs & Broomsticks, Frantic Assemblys The Unreturning) and sound design by Pete Malkin (Othello, National Theatre, The Encounter, Complicité - Tony Award Winner).
