Learn Qigong: a 6 week course

6 Mondays, 10-11am. Join Sam from Sussex Tai Chi to learn and practise a selection of the most effective Qigong exercises to improve all round health, breathing, cognition, balance, strength, immune function, circulation and regulation of the nervous system. If the weather is fine we will train in the courtyard at the rear of Cowdray Hall. This course is suitable for all abilities. Fee: £90
