Marine Life Walk

Life on our shores can be small and easy to miss but our beaches are full of marine life just waiting to be discovered. Our Marine Life walks will introduce to the marine residents of the intertidal zone, and give you insights into daily life. Led by a SSI Marine Ecology Instructor who will show you where to look, and provide information on their daily life, trails and challenges. Featured in The Guardian in 2020 as one of the top ten best activities on our coasts why not come along and find out more.

Groups and family fun friendly, walks are suitable for all ages and take about and hour and half in total. Your guide will meet you for introductions before setting out. Held at several locations around Selsey, West Sussex each event will include details. We do not cover vast distances but you will be amazed at just how much you can see. Cameras and questions are essential so please bring both!
