Join our Green Gym under the tree! Reap the benefits of a Wednesday workout a fun and invigorating session in nature where mindfulness meets a barefoot (if you wish) circuit training. We are a fun, friendly and supportive group, here to help you feel more energised, balanced and body confident. Suitable for all fitness levels, and a class that goes ahead in all weathers, so please dress accordingly!
