Remembrance Tour of Whyke Churchyard, Chichester

This Remembrance tour will focus on the lives of those who died in the two World Wars and in other wars, and who are honoured in the ancient and still-functioning Whyke churchyard. They include those people commemorated by Commonwealth War Graves. The one-hour tour will start at 11 a.m. on Monday 9 November. There will be no charge.
The tour is based on historical research done by the Friends of St Mary's Churchyard. Information about the Friends and their research is available on their website, www.whykeburials.com
Whyke Churchyard is located behind the ancient St Marys Church, on Whyke Road at the junction with Kingsham Avenue. Parking is available on the streets off Kingsham Avenue.
