This course is suitable for those with some matwork (pilates or yoga) experience who would like to build on this. This class combines classical mat exercises and variations with contemporary, functional exercises to release tension, promote mind-body balance and connection, and develop your ability to move and function with greater ease, efficiency and enjoyment.
