Organised by : Dementia Support

Discover the remarkable story of the Spitfire HF Mk VI , one of the rarest Spitfire variants of the Second World War.

Join Mark Hiller as he explores its arrival at RAF Westhampnett in 1942, the high-altitude threat it was built to counter, and the groundbreaking engineering that made it unlike any other Spitfire.

A pilot, instructor, and aviation historian with 30 years experience, Mark has flown many historic aircraft and authored 14 books, enriching every Spitfire experience with expert insight and storytelling.

This event is part of Sage Houses ongoing programme of engaging history talks, with all proceeds supporting Sage House, your local charity dedicated to improving the lives of people living with dementia and their families.
