Gather friends and family for an evening of delectable dishes in the setting of the stunning West Dean Gardens. Enjoy a delicious menu celebrating the best of local and homegrown produce, with every dish thoughtfully crafted from ingredients sourced from our gardens and local producers.

Enjoy freshly baked focaccia made with West Dean flour, with garden herb butter, before diving into starters like heirloom tomato carpaccio or Chichester Harbour gin-cured Chalkstream trout.

Our mains showcase the seasons finest, from charred cabbage with haricot beans and beetroot, to tender braised West Dean beef with seasonal greens and currant jus. And finish with indulging in desserts crafted with ingredients grown just steps away.

Our Sunset Suppers series takes place every Friday and Saturday evening from 15th August to 20th September at the Gardens Restaurant.
