The Job that Made Me, with Amelia Dalton
Organised by : Talks at Six
Amelia tells tales from her seafaring life story, an inspiring tale of hope over tragedy taking her from grouse moors and hunt balls of Yorkshire to a life of international expeditions around coasts and islands from the Arctic Circle to Borneo.
Amelia Dalton
Amelias life on the waves started with a family adventure on a deep sea trawler and her efforts to save the St Kilda ferry, stories told in her engaging 2017 book Mistress and Commander: High Jinks, High Seas and Highlanders. Now she roams the world leading bespoke seaborne tours, notably in Southeast Asia.
