Join me for a relaxing Sunday workshop painting, discovering and expanding your true creative self.

My three hour sessions are peaceful, stress-free, non judgmental, wonderfully uplifting and like a mini retreat!

Before you start to paint I teach the group a beautiful and easy opening Sanskrit sacred mantra that will bring stillness, calm and relaxation followed by a guided group meditation. This creates a beautiful feeling of connection and a sacred space and is entirely optional.

Set Your Intentions

There will be an option to have a little cup of sacred Cacao plant medicine ( 100% Chocolate ) to help centre your heart space and creative journey. In a world that can often feel unbalanced Cacao is a beautiful reminder of harmony and togetherness.

Beautiful Sounds

Throughout the session there will be Native American flute and mystic world music will get your creative juices flowing and there will also be some quiet time. The workshop space is based on a 100-year-old park that offers natural forms, birdsong, flora and is the perfect space to gather inspiration, meditate, breathe and sit under a tree or two.

Fully Supported

This is not an art class but you will be supported. My workshop space is a sanctuary where you can quieten your busy mind, share your ideas OR work in solitude. At the end of this rejuvenating experience, you'll get the chance to take part in a closing chant before you head home with a clear head and some exciting new skills! If you need technical creative support I will be there to help and inspire you.
