The Totepool Southern National is the second richest race of the year at Fontwell Park and is supported by the popular Salmon Spray Challenge Trophy.There is over £54,000 in total prize money on the day. Channel 4 Racing will be showing the feature race of the day, which is run over 3 miles and 4 furlongs on the only figure of eight track remaining in the country.
