Fernleigh's Growing Lifestyle Destination Welcomes New Retailers and Wellness Offering

Fernleigh, located at 40 North Street continues to strengthen its position as one of Chichester's emerging lifestyle destinations, with the arrival of stylist dog accessories brand Lola&Toff and the launch of The Beauty Rooms at Fernleigh.

The latest additions join a growing collection of independent retailers and lifestyle businesses that have opened within the Fernleigh building in recent months, including Cowdray Lifestyle, Cowdray Farm Shop and The Little Botanical.

Founded in Sussex, Lola&Toff is a family-run luxury dog accessories brand inspired by the founders own beloved Cockapoos, Lola and Toffee. The business has built a loyal following for its stylish, high-quality pet products, combining fashion and functionality for modern dog owners.

Their new Fernleigh store will officially open on 1st June, bringing a curated range of premium dog accessories, harnesses, leads, collars and lifestyle products into the heart of the city centre.

To celebrate the opening, Lola&Toff will be serving a complimentary glass of fizz to the first 30 paying customers on opening day, alongside 10% off throughout their opening week.

Fernleigh has also recently launched The Beauty Rooms at Fernleigh, operated by beauty specialist Jodie, offering a range of professional beauty and wellness treatments in a calm and welcoming environment.

The new openings reflect Fernleigh's vision of creating a vibrant mixed-use destination focused on lifestyle, wellbeing, retail and community.
