Step away from the everyday and discover the delicious wild foods growing across the West Dean estate. Whether you're new to foraging or want to deepen existing knowledge, join a professional forager for a relaxed, hands-on walk through the landscape of the South Downs.
You'll learn how to forage responsibly, identify wild plants and fungi safely, and turn your finds into delicious food - with plenty of practical tips and inspiration to take home.
The event takes place outdoors, rain or shine, so please come dressed for the weather.
