Introducing the Young Ambassadors Programme (YAP)
At the heart of Volunteer TimeBank is the Young Ambassadors Programme, a new initiative launching in Chichester.
Many young people face a frustrating reality: You need experience to get a job, but you need a job to get experience.
YAP was created to break that cycle.
This flexible, part-time programme (for ages 18 to 25) turns volunteering into real, structured work experience that helps you move forward.
We are already seeing early impact, with young people gaining confidence, building skills, and even progressing into employment through the programme.
What you gain
