Every day at My Sisters House Womens Centre, they meet women who have survived experiences no one should ever have to endure. Abuse rarely begins with violence. It often starts quietly - small put downs, controlling behaviour, a gradual erosion of confidence. Over time, fear replaces certainty, and isolation becomes normal. By the time many women reach the My Sisters House door, they feel frightened, alone, and unsure how they can keep themselves safe.

 In 2025, they supported 1,880 clients and the need for their services continues to grow.
